Join Avondale Elementary School and lace up your running and walking shoes and come together to honor the memory of Coach Beth Breit, one of the visionaries & creators behind the AES 5K race. This annual 5k (*Peachtree Road Race Qualifier) and 1-mile Fun Run fundraiser for Avondale Elementary School will take place on October 14th, 2023.

The 5K race starts at 8 a.m.
The 1-mile fun run starts at 9 a.m.

This year, the AES Roadrunners proudly dedicate this run to Coach Breit, who helped organize previous AES 5K events and inspired countless students and AES community members to embrace the joy of staying active. 

Let’s gather as a community to celebrate her legacy & the “breit” light she brought to our AES students and families. 

*The 5K will be USATF Certified and will be a Peachtree Road Race Qualifier*

Race fees are $35 for the 5K run, and $25 for the fun run.
