Rescheduled Shoal Creek clean-up set for 10 a.m. Saturday, November 16th

Our creek clean-up originally scheduled for October 19th but postponed because of rain that day has been rescheduled for Saturday, November 16.

 

Volunteers from Midway Woods and Rivers Alive will be gathering to help clean up Shoal Creek south of Dearborn Park and north of Memorial Drive (see map).  You are warmly invited to join us!

Just show up at 10 a.m. on November 16 and we can put you to work! Gloves, long pants, proper footwear, water bottle recommended. Optional: rakes (small ones work well), shovel for big items, and grabbers).

Be prepared to get dirty.
